Refunds & Returns Policy
At Chord, we take pride in producing high-quality signage and print products. As the majority of our products are custom-made to your specifications, our returns policy differs from that of standard retail goods.
Custom-Made Products
Most of our signage and print products are manufactured specifically for your order using your approved artwork, sizes, colours, and specifications. As such, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Please ensure all artwork, dimensions, quantities, and specifications are carefully checked before approving your order for production.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains manufacturing defects, or does not match your approved specification, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your goods.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs or additional information to help us investigate the issue.
If a fault is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Partial or full refund
- Another mutually agreed solution
The chosen resolution will depend on the nature of the issue.
Standard Products
Where non-custom, off-the-shelf products are supplied, returns may be accepted subject to the product being unused, in its original condition, and returned within a reasonable timeframe. Please contact us before returning any items, as return authorisation may be required.
Artwork Approval
Once artwork has been approved and production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible. We cannot accept responsibility for errors contained within approved artwork, including spelling, dimensions, colours, or other design elements.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not yet begun, we may be able to amend or cancel your order. Once manufacturing has commenced, cancellation charges may apply to cover work already completed, materials ordered, or production costs incurred.
Return Process
Please do not return any goods without contacting us first.
If a return is agreed, we will provide instructions for returning the products and advise whether collection or return shipping arrangements are required.
Refunds
Where a refund has been agreed, it will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
