Payment Information
We aim to make paying for your signage and print orders as simple and convenient as possible.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept payment by:
- BACS Bank Transfer
- Credit & Debit Card
Bank Transfer (BACS)
BACS payments are our preferred payment method and incur no additional charges.
Our bank account details and payment reference will be provided on your invoice.
Card Payments
We accept most major credit and debit cards. Please note that card processing fees are passed on at cost and will be clearly shown on your invoice where applicable.
Payment Terms
Payment requirements will be outlined on your quotation and/or invoice. Depending on the nature of your order, payment may be required before production, prior to dispatch, or in accordance with agreed payment terms.
To help keep your project on schedule, we kindly ask that payments are made by the agreed date. Late or outstanding payments may result in delays to production, dispatch, or installation.
Invoicing
Your invoice will include:
- Order summary
- Payment amount
- BACS payment details
- Any applicable card processing fees
- Payment reference information
