A local rock and roll venue located in the heart of Southport’s nightlife, Chop House attracts an impressive crowd of enthusiastic rock music lovers. Acknowledged for its packed-out live music events and guest DJs, Chop House is the place to be for Southport’s rockers.

Chord's Challenge

This was a dream job for Chord. We were tasked with bringing the client’s fun and unique ideas to life by doing what we do best; creative print. This involved sourcing high resolution images of album artwork (which, believe it or not, is not as easy as it sounds!) and editing them ready for print onto circular table tops. This design process was more lengthy than usual as the images required a high amount of editing and quality improvement to reach the standard which our client deserved. As you can imagine, a rock nightclub isn’t the most delicate of places, so extra steps were taken in choosing hard-wearing materials which would survive the antics of Chop House.

Final Result

The aim of this installation was to create a buzz in Southport surrounding Chop House, it goes without saying that this was certainly achieved due to our client’s memorable humour on the FAQs on the windows of the venue. Placing Chop House’s logo on each individual installation, from menu to table-top, maintains the brand’s presence throughout the customers whole experience. This, paired with the creative décor of the album covers forms a bespoke and distinctive atmosphere unlike any other of Southport’s nightclubs.
